Evolve Initiative held an IWD community event on Sunday 12th March 2023. This was a safe space for women to encourage, support and celebrate each others successes and life journeys.  Aliyah Umm Raiyaan  told us about her journey as the founder of Solace and was book signing her first book Ramadan Reflections. Sobia Razzaq, a volunteer from Herts Welcomes Refugees talked about the good work the organisation is carrying out and we heard first hand experience from Shiraz, a young woman who has been supported by this organisation.  Nahila Hussain  informed us about Mizan therapy: a womb healing treatment that restores balance for women. Stories were shared by women, who have benefitted from this treatment and how this has positively impacted their lives and health.
