One of the founders, Ghazalla is passionate about the values of Evolve Initiative. She brings a variety of experience and skills from the public sector to the forefront in helping our organisation grow and succeed.
HUWAYDAH MALIK
Positive mindset, hardworking, great energy. These are just some of the ways friends and work colleagues describe Huwaydah. With 15 years of experience working within the voluntary sector Huwaydah is an integral part of the team who is passionate about community empowerment
NAHILA HUSSAIN
Nahila joined Evolve Initiative with the vision and drive to create opportunities for young people, providing them with transferable skills for their future lives. Creating a balane ground in administration she is determined and passionate in fulfilling Evolve Initiative’s mission.
HANNAH BOUGOUIZI
With a background in education, mentorship and youth coaching Hannah has a good understanding of the issues children and young people face. She cares deeply for the people in her community and has a strong desire to support those in need. Hannah feels extremely honoured to be a part of the Evolve Initiative team and endeavours to use her experience and creativity to serve its recipients to the best of her ability.
